Completion of the Vehicle Storage Booking Form and Vehicle Storage Agreement, including associated documentation, condition report and photography if applicable.
Battery health check, vehicle secured.
Unique ID assigned.
4-Stage check-out process
Check valid ‘Unique ID’.
Confirm ownership with valid driver’s license.
Review vehicle condition.
Complete sign-out form, page 4 of the Vehicle Storage Booking Form. Confirm all paperwork is in order. Check the vehicle’s condition (inside and out). Verify included accessories and ensure you have all keys and documentation before leaving.
